1. Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place or commit you to a purchase. A booking is confirmed only after we have shared the trip details, received your acceptance and completed any stated booking or payment steps. We will confirm the arrangements in writing.

Please check the names, dates, traveller count, inclusions and meeting details in your confirmation. Let us know promptly if something looks wrong.

2. Prices and payments

Prices, what is included, and payment deadlines are shared with the relevant trip proposal or booking confirmation. Unless we say otherwise, optional activities, personal expenses, travel to the starting point and items listed as excluded are not part of the trip price. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown before you confirm.

Please use only the payment instructions we provide through our official contact channels. A place may be released if a stated payment deadline is missed; we will explain any applicable consequences before you book.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Plans in the mountains can change. Weather, road access, permits, local conditions or safety concerns may require us or our local partners to adjust an itinerary, activity, accommodation or transport arrangement. We will communicate material changes and discuss a reasonable alternative where one is available.

Cancellation charges, date changes and any refund eligibility depend on the trip and the suppliers involved. The applicable policy will be shared with you before booking or in your confirmation. Please contact us in writing as soon as you know you need to cancel or change a booking. We do not promise a refund or a particular processing time unless it is stated in your trip-specific terms.

4. Traveller responsibilities

Please provide accurate traveller details and tell us about relevant medical, dietary or accessibility needs before the trip. You are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits or travel documents required for your journey, following local rules and your guide's safety instructions, and arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

Some trips involve physical effort, changing weather and remote locations. Review the fitness and equipment guidance for your trip and speak with a medical professional if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you. We may decline participation in an activity when a safety concern cannot be reasonably addressed.

5. Local partners and services

Some parts of a journey, such as accommodation, transport or activities, may be provided by independent local operators. Their availability and operating rules can affect your trip. We choose partners with care and coordinate the arrangements, but a service may occasionally change for reasons outside our control.

6. Website content

We work to keep route descriptions, photographs and other website information useful and up to date, but conditions, prices and availability can change. Treat general website content as a guide; your written trip confirmation is the reference for your specific booking. Website text and images belong to Adventurers Adda or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.
